Account & Contact Data: Real name, email address, company or imprint name.
Author & Catalogue Data: Pen names, book titles, retail links (e.g. Audible, Amazon, Apple Books, Spotify), audio sample references, and narrator credits.
Enforcement Data: YouTube URLs flagged, takedown history, and correspondence regarding copyright claims.
Billing Information: Payment transactions are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store full debit/credit card numbers. We only receive payment status, transaction IDs, currency, and card brand/expiry.
3. Legal Basis for Processing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose information only to:
Third-Party Platforms (During Takedowns): When submitting a formal copyright claim to platforms such as YouTube/Google, we must provide rights-holder details, title information, and agent verification as legally required by copyright regulations.
Service Providers / Sub-processors:
Stripe: Payment processing and customer billing management.
Framer: Website hosting and web form infrastructure.
Cloud Infrastructure & Email: Secure cloud computing and automated email routing providers used to deliver scan alerts.
5. International Data Transfers
Where customer data or catalogue metadata is processed outside the UK or European Economic Area (EEA)—such as via cloud servers operating in the United States—we ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and data processing addenda.

We retain personal data and catalogue metadata for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel, your monitoring data and catalogue records are deleted or anonymised within ninety (90) days, except where retention of transaction records is legally required for accounting and tax purposes.
